In human life, it is almost like a war to move across each and every day. Where we face hell a lot of difficulties from various source, either it be a family, friends, neighbour, job and many more. Whatever be the man is or the position he holds in the world, he is supposed to undergo various tribulations all the way in his life, since the world is all about Sin and Tribulation made out of the sin. From the very beginning of the world, which started with Adam & Eve, the sin rules the world and all the kind of sins which starts with Body, Heart and Soul, finally ends in trouble to the mankind.
As many famous people or experienced expertise says, Life is all about Faith and Confidence. But Here the Question is Faith & Confidence on What? What or Whom Should I believe in this strange world? In Such a situation, heart says, “I am new to this world, I don’t know anything about the world or people in this sinful world. Then How can believe things and moreover I am dare not to believe even my own”. These are the desperate words from the melancholy minds of the people…
Everything needs a solution. Isn’t it? Who will come and resolve these issues? Finally I found the solutions from the Words of Lord Almighty which was prophesized by the Man of God, Pastor. P. Titus in a Sunday Worship at the Glorious Zion Church, India…
Here the Words given by the Man of God: As I got some deliverables from these words, and I too write it here in my blog to you who read and follow my blog, with a hope that these words may speaks to your heart and helps you in some way to overcome this world and finally to prepare and be ready to the kingdom of God…
The Preaching is all about the confident Words, “I know whom I believed”
Verse to turn on Bible: II Timothy – 1 : 12
For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know Whom I believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.
Here in this verse, the words are written by Paul to the Timothy: The Bible says about Timothy that he is a man of Faith and Heritage. Paul writes in his letter to Timothy these words of Confidence and faith, that He is not ashamed of the Gospel of God.
As we know the world is full of sin, we have to face those sufferings out of sin. And it is also a great challenge to maintain our spiritual Life within the principles of our God. Though We suffer, we never want to be ashamed.
Here goes the trick to get rid of the troublesome circumstances in our Spiritual Life:
We have to be clear on what we trust or whom we trust..? Ofcourse it’s a buzzword in the world of money making people, “Trustworthiness”. But also something to be cautious is the word “Trust Nobody”. Because the word “Trust” is more important in our life. And it’s more than a life. It is the onetime Life, where we are supposed to depend on somebody or something. Do we know that something or somebody is really worth to be trusted? It’s also death or life decision on whom we could trust. Or we can say this way that one who is trustworthy can stand till the end. But, after all a human being, we can’t trust anyone in all the time, since the man is often changing.
Let us get into biblical views: If we turn the book of Old Testament, We could see How God rescued his people in any kind of circumstances, from the very beginning of Noah days and till now.
We know our Lord Almighty is a God of promises. He never gave up his words which he hath made to his people. His mouth says and whatsoever, it happened on the world. He always lived up to his words.
God hath made all his words as blessings to us. Since “impatience” being the ever bonded quality of humans, we are unable to wait and seek for the God to receive the blessings from the treasury of God.
We know many perfect examples of patience in the Old Testament say, Abraham, who waited till his age of centum to borne a baby. But Finally out of his Patience and Faith altogether, he got his Son, Issac, a Son of Obedience.
We know about Job, who was said as the Man of Patience. We often struggle to be patient to receive blessings, but there is something else, said in the matured spiritual life that is being patient in all our tribulations. Man hath not made such a way to accept all the tribulations in all the time. Ex: When Israelis’ were on their way to Canaan, they threw words against the Moses, out of their impatience jus for food and envy. Same way we often see people whom blame God even when they feel high temperature on their body or when got hit on the table or door. Job lived on the word of God said in the Book of Romans – 12:12 …patient in tribulations…
Words to be on mind, “Blessings always comes along with Faith and Patience”
Just think, where is your trust? On whom you trust? Is it on Jesus Christ? If Yes, then you are worth blessed! If not, just turn your trust on him. Blessings will follow you. Also, keep in mind about your patience to receive those blessings!
Verse to turn on Bible: I Peter – 2: 4, 5, 6
Here in this verse it is outlined about “Lively stones and a chosen people”
“Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Zion a Chief Corner Stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not confounded.”
Here in this verse we found the answer for the question that on whom we trust. Yes, the verse says Our Lord Father has laid a Chief Corner Stone in Zion and whomsoever keep trust on it shall not be confounded. What is that Chief Corner Stone refers to? It refers to our Lord Almighty, Jesus Christ.
In beginning we started with a mystified question that on whom we could trust in our life and on what we could trust in this strange world. Here our Lord gives a solution through his words. That he hath made his Son, Jesus Christ as a Chief Stone of Trust. When we trust him, we shall be free from all our tribulations, that makes our life a menace, where we also be freed from all the confusions to survive in this world.
Hey! It pops up a question in my mind, why God is referred to a Stone or Chief Corner Stone. Literally a stone is a hard stuff and if it is a rock, then it would be firm to hold. I feel this way, Let me imagine like I have stood into the severe flood of a river. Obviously I would search for a support or anything to hold to save my life. Fortunately I might find a mass stone or rock on the corner or on the way, the flood drives me. Definitely I would feel great like I had got my Life back. Immediately I would rush to hold or hang the stone to save my Life. Same way, as our life is compared as we are driven by flood and searching for a support or a rescuer to survive in our life.
And in another context, the Chief Corner Stone is much more important for every building, where the Corner stone holds and stands as a sincere support for the walls and the entire building as well. To keep our life to stand stable, we need a proper corner stone as a sincere support. Hence we can build our life on the Chief Corner stone, our Lord Almighty, Jesus Christ.
Just think! Is Jesus Christ your Corner Stone..? If Yes, then you are saved and you can survive anyway in this world! If not, just find him and hold him to save your Life!
Verse to turn on Bible: Mark – 9: 18, 19, 23, 25, 29
Here in these verses we see an incident about a boy who hath a dumb and deaf spirit.
“… I spoke to thy disciples that they should cast him out and they could not.
Since God hath delivered us from evil and sin and marked us as his own sons and daughters, He hath given us the rights to pray, to heal, and to cast away the evil spirit. But the incident shows how the disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ responded faithless to the suffering people. Don’t they know that God is with them or they failed to realize the power and spirit of God within them? Whatever it be, finally the people came to Jesus and explained the position of the disciples.
In Verse 19, He answered him and said, “O, Faithless generation, How long shall I be with you? How long shall I suffer you? Bring him unto me.”
Then the father of the boy prayed Jesus,” … But If thou canst do anything, have compassion on us and help us”.
Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
And the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief”.
Jesus said the foul spirit, “Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him and enter no more into him”.
And spirit cried and rent him sore and came out of him.
We can realize the fact that whoever be, without faith, we could not do anything. Since God hath given us all the rights and power to do things for the glory of his name. But we are not using it in a right way as the God wishes us to do. In this incident we see that the faithlessness of the disciples prevents or stops the blessings to the foul spirited boy and also the spoils the glory of the name of our Lord almighty.
We should be confidence on whom we trust…
Just think! Where your trust is on? Is it on Jesus Christ? If Yes, You have the all Power and Rights to do things for the glory of the God and in turn you deserve the rewards as well. If Not, Just put your trust on him and see the changes in your life!
Verse to turn on Bible: Hebrew – 11: 6
But Without Faith it is impossible to please him: for him that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
